President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović and her delegation have visited our company. The historic visit of the president to the town of Novska after 1992 in the most successful year of sports in Croatia (World Cup Football – Russia and Davis Cup – Tennis) are special moment for this small settlement in Western Slavonia.
On a three-day visit to Sisak-Moslavina County. The President of Croatia visited the towns and local places in Popovaca, Kutina, Novska, Lipovljani, Jasenovac, Hrvatica Dubica and Osekovo.
In Kutina along with Petrokemija d.d. on the move towards to Novska in small place called Brestača, the Croatian president visited one of the economy holding companies in the town of Novska. Wood industry MMM Vukelić ltd.which works with wood processing and production of finished wood products.
A welcome speech to the president and delegation was sent by the director mr. Marijan Vukelić. Also, we have presented the production program during tour through production facilities. In company we presented production plants of sawmill as the primary part which is in function of further processing and final part of production which are veneer, massive edge boards, flooring and joinery. Looking ahead in future, we introduced the adoption of new technologies in the wood industry which will result with new products, industry expansion, and parallel new jobs for new employees.
