Black poplar wood is soft but easy to handle and is often used in carpentry production. The color of the wood is light yellow with distinctly recognizable dark knobs. As a rule, when the black poplar has more knobs and discoloration is more appreciated, it gives a full look of the overall texture. From black poplar we produce piece furniture (chests of drawers, kitchens, bedrooms, tables, chairs).
The black poplar (Populus nigra L.), which is also referred synonym as a “mazer”, is a characteristic species of wood that grows in humid areas, and on the coastlines of lowland rivers and lakes. Black poplar wood is a very popular and has characteristic appearance that can not be replaced with other species.
