Lime tree is soft, fiber-rich but good strength and easy to handle. The wood color is bright. It is often used as a construction material wood, but lime tree is a very good wood type for carpentry production and processing. From lime tree we produce piece furniture (chests of drawers, kitchens, bedrooms, tables, chairs), stairs, treads and wall coverings.

Lime tree / Basswood (Tilia spp.) is a wood tipe that belongs to “noble hardwoods” in Croatia. Lime tree grows in mixed forests, it has specific ecological requirements, produce high quality and valuable timber. Lime tree is interesting because wood texture don’t have difference between heartwood and sapwood.
